Friends and family We understand sometimes friends or family may want to tag along with you to your appointment. In order to ensure we always have ample space for the comfort of our clients, we ask that you please do not bring any additional guests with you to your visit with us. We reserve our waiting area and styling chairs for clients only.
Late and cancellation policy
Sometimes unexpected obstacles happen and we will be as accommodating as possible when emergencies come up. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or receive only service(s) Stylist has enough time for. Appointments that are cancelled or no-show within 24 hours of appointment are subject to cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service.
Pet Policy
We love your pets, but under the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, only service animals that accompany people with disabilities are allowed in all areas of this business where members of the public are normally allowed to go.
An animal whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support does not qualify as a service animal under the ADA is not permitted in the salon.
